Beau Rath

Beau Rath has served as Treasurer of Badger Region Volleyball since February 2022. As Treasurer, he has brought the region’s accounting in-house and supported the growth of its scholarship funding from $10,000 to $50,000 per year, all while keeping a close eye on budget performance and the region’s overall financial health.

Beau has been involved in volleyball since middle school and has taken part in WIAA and USA Volleyball sanctioned events ever since. At UW–La Crosse, he played for the men’s club volleyball team, which won two NCVF Division II national championships (2012 and 2015), and served as the club’s president and treasurer. He later coached the Appleton North boys volleyball program from 2019 to 2023, including time as head JV coach. Today, he continues to give back to the game as a Badger Region official.

Professionally, Beau is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. He started his career auditing companies at Ernst & Young and Baker Tilly, then joined U.S. Venture in Appleton in 2021. He is now an Accounting Manager at US AutoForce, U.S. Venture’s nationwide tire distribution business.

Beau lives in Kaukauna with his family, including two young kids who are already working on their volleyball skills.
