All hotel reservations for 2027 Badger Region events must be submitted through the online housing system, managed by Visit Milwaukee. Utilize the housing link associated with the specific event.
General questions can be directed to the Visit Milwaukee Housing Bureau at housing@milwaukee.org.The Housing Bureau is available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CT) Monday through Friday. Green Bay questions for the weekend of March 6-7 will be directed to the Green Bay Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Please do not contact the hotels with questions before the cutoff date!
Upon making a reservation, you will be required to provide a valid credit card in order to hold your room(s). Please note that a non-refundable $6/night per room service fee will be charged upon submitting this reservation.
IF you are booking 10 or more rooms, click on the appropriate link associated with the event. Please be patient; Visit Milwaukee is handling many sub-blocks for our events and they will be processed in the order they are received. All sub-blocks, once confirmed, will have a standard 2 week hold. If you do not have names confirmed for your rooms, enter a “dummy” name to ensure the room is held.
