The Badger Region Board of Directors election wrapped up on Wednesday, May 10.

Winning elections for the two At-Large seats open on the board of directors will be Jon Ellmann and Jason Wheelock. Ellmann is the head women’s volleyball coach at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Wheelock is a director at Fox Valley Performance Volleyball Club and an integral part of the Waupaca Boatride outdoor volleyball tournament.

Mike Stevens, club director at Southport VBC was third in voting for an At-Large seat. He will remain the Junior Boys Rep, a non-voting position, on the Board of Directors.

Retaining his Metro Milwaukee seat for the next three years will be Curtis Madson, the head men’s volleyball coach at Concordia University Wisconsin. Madson is also a coach for the Badger Region Boys High Performance All-Star program.

Stepping away from the Board of Directors were Kim Wudi (head women’s coach at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire), who served as northwest rep and secretary during her 11 years on the board; and Muskego High School girls head varsity volleyball coach Susan Peterson, who was an At-Large rep for just under two terms on the board.
