BADGER REGION ANNOUNCES 2025 POWER LEAGUE WATCHLIST

The Badger Region is excited to announce its third annual Power League Watchlist for athletes on high school-age teams competing in this year’s event. Congratulations to the 146 athletes nominated for this honor by their coaches. Good luck as you begin competition Jan. 11-12 at sites around the state.

18 Elite

  • Avery Abercrombie (Junior, right side, Madtown 172 Select, Waunakee)
  • Abby Alms (Senior, outside, 414 Elite 18-Elite, Milwaukee) — Abby comes into her final season of club with high expectations for the season for herself and her team. Abby is a tall/smart all around outside that can hurt teams from not just the front row but that backrow with her attacks. Abby is a multiple time all conference player over her 4 years in High School and looks to carry that into her final club season.
  • Kylee Altendorf (Senior, outside, I AM 18-Red, West Bend) — High IQ outside hitter who plays six rotations. Great sense for the other side of the net and seeing what’s open both on offense and defense
  • Kasey Bieganski (Senior, Right Side, 414 Elite 18-Elite, Milwaukee) — Kasey comes into her final season of club with the same high expectations as Abby. Kasey is a lefty dual threat with the ability to play both pins and the backrow. Kasey has the ability to step up and take over a game with her swing and backrow ability. Kasey is a multiple year all conference player over her 4 years in High School and looks to continue to be dominate force on the court.
  • Michielah Borchardt (Junior, libero/DS, Madtown 171 Select, Mayville) –
  • Adeleine Catlin (Junior, right side, Midwest Penguins 17-Black, Chenequa) — Adeleine has a power swing, great block and plays both rightside and middle. She has an excellent work ethic and makes a difference on the court.
  • Shelby Ehlke (Junior, outside, 608 Jrs. 17-Elite, Waunakee) — As a stereotypical “undersized” outside, Shelby doesn’t have any reliability issues associated with that categorization. She hits hard with a high point of contact all while being able to adjust to make subpar sets look better. Her serve and attack are above average in pure tempo, which leads her to being a high points scoring hitter in the front and back row.
  • Isabell Graf (Junior, libero/DS, Wisconsin Premier 17-Teal) — Izzy has proven to be a smart and determined player in any position she is put in the back row. Never shy’s away from a challenge, and is a leader on and off the court. Izzy has a strong serve, and is sneaky fast on defense.
  • Sophia Hultman (Junior, outside, Midwest Penguins 17-Black, Waukesha) — Sophia is an effective, smart all six rotation player. In the front row, she has power swings, hits all areas of the court with smart shots too. Great vision on open areas and tooling block. Back row excellent passing and consistent back row attack. Great leader.
  • Alanah Kaye (Junior, outside, 1W Bay 17-Crimson, Brussels) — Alanah is a high flying Outside that brings power to this 17s team. She’s smart with her shot selection and overall a dynamic athlete.
  • Katelyn Kurek (Junior, Setter, 1W Bay 17-Crimson, Oconto Falls) — Katelyn is the heartbeat of this team whether she’s running a 5/1 or a 6/2 and swinging right side in the front row. She brings consistency that her team leans on.
  • Alaina Matola (Junior, outside, 414 Milwaukee Elite 17-Elite, Brookfield) — Elite outside with incredible hitting abilities. Can hit the off speed shot or hammer a hit with great force. She’s elusive in the front row, as well as the back, with great speed to get to a ball in the backrow.
  • Emmy Miller (Junior, Libero/DS, I AM 17-Red, West Bend) — Emy is all over the court. Her consistent serve receive keeps us in system often and her positive attitude keeps the team engaged in tough moments.
  • Danica Pauls (Junior, outside, Madtown 172 Select, Richland Center) — Danica is an all-around sound player with exceptional volleyball IQ. Her skill set and court awareness will make her a reliable go-to player throughout the season. Danica’s leadership qualities will be vital as the team looks to her for guidance and consistency in pivotal moments.
  • Maddie Pickart (Junior, setter, Wisconsin Premier 17-Teal, Whitefish Bay) — Maddie is a consistent setter who also is a strong defensive player. She is not afraid to attack the ball and hustles to get her feet to the ball to stay in every play.
  • Cassidy Pohlman (Junior, libero/DS, 608 Jrs. 17-1, Monona Grove) — One of the best leaders in the gym for her team and all of the younger ones. She never gives up on a ball and her physical ability to get it means most don’t touch the ground. She is a dream athlete for any volleyball coach.
  • Laila Rasmussen (Junior, setter, 608 Jrs., 17-1, Mount Horeb) — She plays six rotations and swings RS. One of the best all around players, especially at her size. Her ability to make bad sets look good on a swing is next level and her technical prowess is impressive. While she walks around with a kind low-key demeanor, she is a highly competitive athlete in the gym.
  • Ashley Ray (Sophomore, libero, WI Juniors 17-1, Kenosha) — Ashley’s range defensively is unmatched for an athlete her age who plays at this high of a level. She is extremely disciplined and makes plays that boosts her team energy and momentum. She has the ability to cover half the court in serve receive in order to allow the terminal pins on this dynamic team to release to attack.
  • Ava Russell (Senior, middle, I AM 18-Red, Mequon) — Ava is a great middle hitter that gets side to side. She has a huge vertical and a very quick arm swing. Her ability to read the setter makes her blocking very effective.
  • Penny Schell (Junior, outside, Madtown 171 Select, Cross Plains) — Penny is a great hitter–front row and back row! She has great work ethic and is a great teammate. She is also currently playing high school basketball, but gets to all volleyball practices…often attending after playing in a basketball game. She is a strong player with high volleyball IQ.
  • Grace Schneider (Junior, right side, Milwaukee Jrs. 17-1s, South Milwaukee) — Grace is an athletic lefty whose ability to score in and out of system is crucial to her team. Grace is an all around player who can dig, pass, block, swing, and most impressively commit to never letting a ball drop. Grace is not only a valuable player on her team but a valuable leader as well; always leading by example and driving her team forward. Grace’s work ethic and selflessness is what sets her apart from others.
  • Grace Sember (Sophomore, Middle, I AM 17-Red, Plymouth) — Grace has that natural athletic ability that makes her standout as a middle. She’s on the shorter side but can out jump and out reach most taller players—and it shows! She also works hard on defense and may end up playing all the way around as a middle. Definitely one that is fun to watch.
  • Kaelyn Sohre (Junior, middle, 414 Milwaukee Elite 17-Elite, Cedarburg) — Smart middle blocker, with great instincts when finding her hitter and taking away space. Always up in transition and finding an opening on offense when the block is up.
  • Lucy Tapp (Junior, middle, WI Juniors 17-Elite, Oak Creek) — Lucy has experience attacking from all three positions across the front row, but recently has transitioned into a 6 rotation outside. She gives genuine effort into finding ways to improve on and off the court. Lucy puts up a strong block and has a quick arm swing.
  • Lyla Thomas (Junior, right side, Milwaukee Jrs. 17-1s) — Lyla is a competive pin hitter with a high ceiling. She is committed to finding a way to score no matter the situation and is always looking for a way to score points for her team. Lyla can swing from anywhere on the court at any tempo. Not only is she a competitive hitter but an aggressive blocker and in the back row, she is committed to never letting a ball drop.
  • Ava Turlais (Junior, middle, WI Juniors 17-1, Oak Creek) — Ava is a recent Drake university commit. She is a dynamic blocker and moves well laterally and can score from any area on the court. Whether she’s in front of the setter or behind and going off one foot, she sees the court in front of her well and is a powerhouse at the net.
  • Lexi Weyenberg (Junior, libero/DS, 608 Jrs. 17-Elite) — The backbone of the back row, Lexi is huge reason why 17 Elite runs a smooth offense. Her passing consistency is next level and her attitude is incredible. For physical performance and mental fortitude reasons, Lexi is a player almost any coach would want on their team.
  • Abbie Winner (Junior, setter, WI Juniors 17-Elite, Salem) — Abbie has gained the trust of her teammates to be a leader on the court, as she focuses on team morale and leads by example with her discipline. She has a good defensive read constantly outworking opponents.

18 Regional

  • Avah Banks (Senior, middle hitter, Eclipse 18-Solar, West Bend) – Speedy athlete
  • Grace Baus (Sophomore, outside, Hartford VBC 17-Black, Slinger) — Gracie has a strong swing on the outside and solid passing in the backrow. She is available as a utility player with a great team first mentality.
  • Bella Boyd (Junior, Libero/DS, Milwaukee Jrs. 17-Elite, Mukwonago) — Bella has a solid platform in serve receive and communicates well. She finds a way to touch almost any ball hit at her, helping her team score in transition.
  • Meghan Brandenburg (Senior, Setter, Wisconsin Elite 18-Select, Wauwatosa) — Meghan is a versatile player, setting for her teammates to succeed while also playing smart ball when swinging. She is also a key leader on the team, sharing key points of improvement during game and post matches.
  • Janelle Damrow (Junior, setter, Lakes Jrs. 17-Select, Delavan) — Janelle is a hard worker who continuously gives 100% for her team. She is always wanting to improve and is willing to play any position asked. Although she is primarily a setter, she is a huge contributer in the outside position as well.
  • Norma Glisczinski (Junior, middle, 414 Elite 17-Blue, Brookfield) — Norma is a true leader who strives to get better at each practice. Her presence is infectious. She’s been a force in the middle and will also be swinging from the outside.
  • Mackenzie Holte (Senior, outside, Eclipse 18-Solar) – Outstanding all around player
  • Izabella Jerdee (Junior, libero/DS, 414 Elite 17-Blue, South Milwaukee) — Izzy is a true defensive specialist. She’s a great passer and displays great instincts reading the opposing attackers. She sacrifices her body set after set, and that aggressiveness rubs off on others as well.
  • Izzy Johnson (Junior, Setter, JAG 17-Red National, Wisconsin Dells) — Dynamic player that runs a quick tempo offense. Aggresive at the net that can take over with her block and dumping capabilities.
  • Hannah Hunkins (Senior, middle, JAG 18-White Elite, Necedah) — Extremely hard worker with a high volleyball IQ. Can run all sets along the net and is very good in the backrow.
  • Jenna James (Junior, outside, WI Juniors 17-National, Union Grove) — Jenna is a vocal leader on the court, whether it be through eye sequencing or encouraging her teammates. Over the past year she has improved her attacking consistency and added more shots to her toolbox.
  • Kamryn Kinner (Senior, libero/DS, JAG 18-White Elite, Tomah) — All the things you love about a libero she is it. Hard-nosed player that will do everything to keep the ball off the floor.
  • Lily Kulow (Junior, outside, 608 Jrs. 17-Select, Middleton) — A strong constant athlete who is able to be a constant target for her setter in almost any circumstance. Her versatility gives coaches a lot of options.
  • Mia Kwapil (Junior, outside, WI Juniors 17-National) — Mia is one of the most communicative athlete in our gym with eye sequencing. She has a plethora of offensive shots and is strong behind the service line. Mia is consistent in the back row as well, as she has a really smooth platform finish to target.
  • Emmy Novak (Senior, libero/DS, River City 17-Black, Waterloo) — A great leader on the court and doesn’t get down when an error happens. Takes the ball with her hands on every free ball. Great court awareness.
  • Brooklyn Nygaard (Junior, libero/DS, Wisconsin Elite 17-Red) — She is a firecracker. Does not settle for second place.
  • Addisson O’Marrah (Junior, outside, River City 17-Black, Watertown) — Great all around player. Always a smart hitter and digs the ball as good as a libero.
  • Lila Quinones (Junior, libero/DS, Wisconsin Elite 17-Red, Pewaukee) — Hard worker. Leads by example. Committed and driven.
  • Lyla Ranson (Junior, right side, Lakes Jrs 18-Select, Elkhorn) — Strong hitter in any position. Aggressive serve with solid defense to follow. Quick first step with fast reaction times.
  • Courtney Rumer (Junior, outside, Milwaukee Jrs. 17-Elite, Elkhorn) — Courtney is an all around outside who is scrappy and reads the court well. Knows how to mix up her shots at the right time.
  • Mia Schneider (Senior, outside, Wisconsin Elite 18-Select) — Mia is an all around player, filling in as a gadget piece wherever the team needs. She makes a point to never let a mistake happen twice and more importantly, she motivates her teammates. She leads by example and is a positive impact to everyone around her.
  • Annika Schoeneman (Senior, setter, Spiketown Door County 18s, Sturgeon Bay) — Annika is committed to our system, understands her role as a leader, and plays with remarkable calmness and control. She runs the team offensively with very little input necessary
  • Leah Schopf (Freshman, libero/DS, Spiketown Door County 18s, Sturgeon Bay) — Leah understands her serve receive and defensive leadership responsibilities. She reads and reacts remarkably well as a freshman.
  • Aubrey Schwent (Junior, libero/DS, Lakes Jrs. 17-Select, Delavan) — Aubrey is a leader on and off the court. She is competitive and fierce as a player, always going for the ball. She is positive and always wanting to improve.
  • Kiera Smith (Junior, Setter, Madtown 173 Select, Sun Prairie)
  • Ella Spear (Senior, libero/DS, Lakes Jrs. 18-Select) — Great backrow leader, very vocal, consistently in the right spot, great reads on defense, covers well, strong serve
  • Elle Stangler (Junior, middle, Hartford VBC 17-Black) — Elle has an aggressive swing out of the front row. Typically an outside, she is finding her groove in the middle and working hard to improve every day
  • Alanna Swenson (Junior, middle, 608 Jrs. 17-Select, Fitchburg) — A very quick, strong middle that makes her presence known. She can block both pins effectively and is not a defensively reliability if she has to serve. While sweet off the court, she is highly competitive on it.
  • Marissa Titel (Junior, outside, Madtown 173 Select, DeForest) — Marissa is a 6 rotation Outside that has a high volleyball IQ and is adept at finding open spots in the defense on swings. Defense in the back row is Libero grade.
  • Bailey Wanless (Senior, middle, JAG 17-Red National) — High flying middle blocker who can attack anywhere along the net. Quick twitch muscles makes her a dynamic player that can score in a variety of ways.

16 Elite

  • Brailyn Albanese (Freshman, setter, WI Juniors 15-Elite) — Brailyn is team player; no coach every questions her work ethic. Brailyn delivers a consistent ball to the attackers and over the past year has become a leader at the net too as an attacker. She is willing to do whatever is needed in order for her team to find success.
  • Hailey Barningham (Freshman, libero/DS, Rise VBC 16U Nationals, Brookfield) — Hailey can play almost any position on the court, but she shines at Libero. Her effort on every play stands out, and this is her first full year in that position. She is also a player of Character. She cares about all of her teammates and sets out to be an encourager.
  • Mariyah Castro (Sophomore, middle, WI Juniors 16-Elite, Racine) — Mariyah brings a layer of physiciality to this team. She works hard to be available in transition. She is willing to make changes and adjustments knowing that they will help her play at her full potential.
  • Maren Cheadle (Sophomore, right side, 608 Jrs. 16-1, McFarland) — As a six-rotation player, Maren is capable of playing literally every position, including Setter, Lib, and MB. She packs a ton of power while still being able to make the soft finesse ball control moves. The hardest decision is where to play her because you want her everywhere!
  • Kinsley Christensen-Bara (Freshman, outside, WI Juniors 15-1, Kenosha) — Kinsley is a go-to attacker on this team and is a presence on the court defensively as well. She is physical and operates a the net at a high level. Kinsley is extremely driven. Her teammates look up to her as a leader both through her actions and words.
  • Addison Christenson (Sophomore, setter, Midwest Penguins 16-Black, East Troy)
  • Anna Crokus (Freshman, middle, 608 Jrs. 15-Elite, Madison) — Anna is a very versatile, yet still raw player. Her athletic ability allows for impressive plays and she is ambidextrous!
  • Isabelle “Izzy” Decabooter (Freshman, libero/DS, 608 Jrs. 15-1, Verona) — Izzy is a ball of energy on the court. Her passing ability keeps the offense consistent and her attitude is awesome! She plays harder than just about anyone else in the gym.
  • Kiley Dhein (Sophomore, outside, 1W Bay 16-Crimson, Green Bay) — Kiley is a smart six rotation outside hitter. She solid in first contact and efficient when attacking. Her positivity is also a great added value for her team.
  • Madeline Ferri (Sophomore, rightside, 414 Milwaukee Elite 16-Blue, Pewaukee) — Madeline is a dynamic athlete that has the ability to play both Middle and RS. She has enormous elevation abilities that allow for a menacing blocking presence. She is laterally quick with the ability to close the gap
  • Sophia Folmer (Sophomore, Libero/DS, Madtown 161 Select, Oregon) — Sophia is a true leader – captaining both our team and backrow. She communicates, reads, and defends well. Sophia is resilient and determined to better every ball. We appreciate the energy she brings to all aspects of her game.
  • Piper Graham (Sophomore, Milwaukee Jrs. 16-1, Muskego) — Piper is a quick middle who does a great job of closing blocks. Her speed and explosiveness helps her be a force in the middle offensively. Not only is Piper a great athlete she is a great teammate with a positive attitude always willing to learn something new.
  • Summer Hellenbrand (Sophomore, Right Side, Madtown 161 Select, Marshall) — Summer is an incredibly versatile player, filling multiple roles for our team this season. She has an natural ability to compete at a high level. Summer is hard-working, goal-oriented, and focused on bettering all aspects of her game. We’re excited to see this play-maker in action!
  • Sierra Hoeft (Sophomore, setter, I AM 16-Black, Cedarburg) — Contagious energy, team leader, excellent skills
  • Emree Kellerman (Sophomore, Setter, Eclipse 16-Elite, Hubertus) — Emree plays with a passion that infects her teammates! She loves to pick up the pace of the offense and deliver the ball to where her hitters can inflict the most damage! Throw in a goofy sense of humor and you have a grade A setter!
  • Kate Klink (Sophomore, Middle, Eclipse 16-Elite, Hartford) — Kate is one of the most versatile MB’s I have ever coached. She has a dynamic first step and is able to elevate quickly. Combine that with her ability to hit it hard, she is a powder keg waiting to explode!
  • Ryleigh Hinsenkamp (Sophomore, outside, Wisconsin Elite 16-Red) — Ryleigh has amazing athletic prowess that gives her a strong presence on the court, she aggressively goes for every ball, her team can rely on her to put the ball away when she’s the only option left. We are looking forward to helping Ryleigh grow as a player and a leader this season.
  • Isabel Hurd (Sophomore, middle, Madtown 162 Select, Sun Prairie)
  • Reese La Londe (Freshman, outside, 414 Elite 15-Elite, Mequon) — She is a truly dynamic athlete. Her commitment to getting better combined with her natural skills makes her a really special player on the court. She is also a fantastic teammate and demonstrates true leadership qualities whether on the court or off.
  • Sydney Loerke (Freshman, middle, Madtown 151 Select, Deerfield)
  • Anastasia Lothe (Freshman, middle, 608 Jrs. 15-1, Cambridge) — Ana is a force to be reckoned with at the net. Her offense is very intentional with swing speed and ball placement, and her defense is of a varsity level.
  • Kayla Lowen (Freshman, middle, WI Juniors 15-Elite, Kenosha) — Kayla is a dynamic attacker who has experience attacking from the middle and both pins. Last season she was a go-to attacker for her team and brings energy to the court that all of her teammates thrive off of.
  • Kendall McNamara (Freshman, Setter, Midwest Penguins 15-Black) — Kendall is an amazing athlete. When asked to step into a setting role during her 14’s year, she excelled very well in this position. The work Kendall puts in is never less than 100 precent.
  • Makenna Miklas (Sophomore, libero/DS, River City 16-Blue, Lodi) — Makenna is a dynamic leader and a constant source of energy both on and off the court. Her ability to read her hitters with precision and her standout serve receive skills make her an invaluable asset to the team.
  • Mikaela Miller (Sophomore, setter, 414 Milwaukee 16-Blue, South Milwaukee) — Mikaela is always able to get her feet to the ball and make a play that sets up her offense for success. She has laser accuracy on her serves and delivers them with pace to stress the opponents serve receive. Her defense is on par with that of what you would expect from a libero/DS.
  • Madeline Moroney (Sophomore, libero/DS, 608 Jrs. 16-1, Madison) — Her motor never quits! She is one of the vocal leader for the whole team with great vision of the game. While physical gifted with quickness and speed, she still has great technique and ball control.
  • Hailey Mueller (Sophomore, outside, River City 16-Blue, Juneau) — Hailey is a versatile and well-rounded player with an exceptional ability to read the court and strategically adjust her shots. Her high volleyball IQ enables her to share valuable insights with her team, making her a dependable leader.
  • Megan Olsen (Freshman, right side, 414 Elite 15-Elite, Muskego) — Megan is a great athlete and teammate. She takes advantage of every training opportunity and works hard to constantly advance her skills. She has a huge block, high contact point and endless potential!
  • Paige Proefrock (Sophomore, outside, I AM 16-Red, Grafton) — Paige is a dynamic 6-rotation player who can do it all. Her athleticism and work ethic makes her a dominant defender, and an even stronger attacker on the pins. Her powerful swing is coupled with a high game IQ that makes her difficult to block, even when out of system.
  • Shayla Ray (Sophomore, right side, WI Juniors 16-1, Gurnee) — Shayla has the potential to be a truly dynamic player. She communicates well on and off the court. Shayla works hard off the ball. She has a quick arm which allows her to be terminal on the right side. Her team relies on her energy.
  • Maitlyn Rhode (Sophomore, Milwaukee Jrs. 16-1) — Maitlyn is a dynamic player who can set and attack. She is quick to the ball and does a great job of getting her hitters in one on one situations. As a front row player Maitlyn puts up a big block and has a powerful swing.  Her all out effort and attitude is a major plus to her game.
  • Ava Russell (Sophomore, libero/DS, Midwest Penguins 16-Black, Greenfield)
  • Talia Piotrowski (Sophomore, libero/DS, 414 Elite 16-Elite, Milwaukee)
  • Hannah Rudoll (Sophomore, outside, 414 Elite 16-Elite, Milwaukee)
  • Kensley Schakelman (Freshman, outside, Madtown 151 Select, Waunakee) — Kensley is a dynamic player that brings a lot of energy. She has a powerful swing and is not afraid to take big chances. She also is an in-system back row attack option. Along with being an offensive weapon, Kensley has a monster block and is very consistent back row defender. To top it off, she has a flat, powerful serve that takes a lot of teams out of system.
  • Charlotte Shepherd (Freshman, setter, WI Juniors 15-1) — Charlotte is a left handed 5-1 setter who has an extremely high volleyball IQ. She has the ability to help this team win through speed, as she delivers a quick and consistent ball to the pins and the middles. Charlotte is not afraid to be offensive and is a leader on her team.
  • Sierra Sigl (Sophomore, setter, 1W Bay 16-Crimson, Pulaski) — Sierra is a smart setter that can also have an impact in the front row. She’s a great teammate, always looking to get the best out of her hitters.
  • Camden Smith (Sophomore, middle, WI Juniors 16-1, Kenosha) — Camden locates the ball well and works hard off the net to be an available attacker in the middle. She sees the court in front of her well and is constantly communicating with her setters. Camden is a great team player; she keeps the team calm and is always encouraging.
  • Ava Stelter (Sophomore, middle, Wisconsin Elite 16-Red, Milwaukee) — Ava is one of our team captains, a powerhouse hitter, and she puts up a huge block. She also has a consistent attitude, and she can always make a play out of anything. We are looking forward to helping her grow as a player.
  • Arizona Veith (freshman, setter, 608 Jrs. 15-Elite, Cottage Grove) — Arizona has a high setting IQ and great hands. Even while injured in the very beginning of the season, she was a huge part of helping her own teams setter improvement. She just got back on the court and is impressing!
  • Morgan Vetter (Sophomore, libero/DS, I AM 16-Red, Kewaskum) — Morgan is an elite defender who can read the hitter and put herself into position to pick up incredible balls. With a calm assurance, Morgan can take a hard driven shot and put it back into system. Matched with her precise serve receive, her game is the catalyst for a fast tempo offense. Her game IQ, consistency, teamwork, and coachability make her an invaluable asset to the team.
  • Kate Whitaker (Soph. outside hitter, Madtown 162 Select, Sun Prairie) — Kate is one of the most consistent outside hitters on our team. She has great court awareness and always hits the ball with power. Not only is Kate an amazing volleyball player, but she has the best attitude on and off the court. She is constantly communicating when on the court and encouraging her teammates from the sideline. She is a true leader on our team.
  • Ava Winter (Sophomore, outside, WI Juniors 16-Elite, Salem) – Ava is very coachable and gives genuine effort to try and execute what coaches ask of her. She helps lead her team by being a 6 rotation outside with effective ball control and is becoming a more dynamic attacker each club season.

16 Select

  • Anna Alexander (Sophomore, middle, 608 Jrs. 16-Select, Belleville) — Due to her agility on the court, and quick reading on the other side of the net, Anna is able to adjust blocking, digging, and serving to best suit the team in winning the point. Anna is one of the leading servers on the team with an impressive float serve, gaining many aces as she zones to success. She is also a light on our team, spreading energy, positivity, and drive to the athletes she is surrounded with.
  • Briella Barbian (Freshman, middle, Lakes Jrs. 15-Select, Fontana) — Brie is a 6′ 0″ MB or OH and is a dynamic athlete that is starting to become a force in the front row. Brie played with her Bigfoot Varsity team as a MB and is looking to continue developing her skills at Lakes Juniors.
  • Rachel Briggs (Freshman, setter, Southwest 15-Blue) — Very soft hands and runs the offense with confidence. Takes comments from hitters and coaches with grace and adjusts quickly.
  • Peyton Burns (Sophomore, outside, Milwaukee Jrs. 16-Elite) — Peyton has a very strong and consistent arm swing from both the front and back row, along with the volleyball IQ to make the smart shots and score points in tough situations.
  • Maddy Cramer (Sophomore, right side, Lakes Jrs. 16-Select) — Maddy is versatile and determined force in the front row. She is a strong attacker and blocker, with a great jump float serve. Maddy is very driven and reliable teammate.
  • Honor Fleming (Freshman, setter, Wisconsin Elite 15-Red) — Honor is a player with drive and focus. She has multiple levels and speeds of setting that is impressive for a freshman. She is speedy to the ball and has a focus on the set that impresses me. She moves the ball around quickly and uses all her hitters with accuracy and purpose. She is a joy to be around and her focus is fun to watch on her face.
  • Gianna Grundy (Freshman, middle, WI Juniors 15-National, Kenosha) — Gianna is a very coachable athlete. She takes in feedback well and is a great team player. She has the ability to be a force from any position at the net.
  • Dakota Haley (Freshman, libero/DS, Belle City Jrs. 15-Select, Silver Lake) — Dakota is one of our captains. Dakota possesses great leadership qualities, always pushing herself and her teammates to be better. She is very vocal whenever she steps onto the court, whether that be in practice or game time. You never have to question how much heart she has. Very coachable.
  • Gwen Heubner (Freshman, outside, Wisconsin Elite 15-Red) — Gwen has a wonderful natural ability that is continually growing with her drive and focus. She is a strong outside hitter that sees the ball and the court before the play. She is one of our team’s best passers and is a consistent and focused server . She has a wonderful attitude and is a joy to coach!
  • Keira Kleiber (Sophomore, libero/DS, I AM 16-White) — Great hustle and energy, constantly moving
  • Violet Kory (Freshman outside, Madtown 152 Select, Sun Prairie) — Violet is such a power house for our team. She is the person we can count on to put the ball away. Her positivity and energy is contagious. She is an essential part to our successful offense. Violet is not only an amazing volleyball player, but an amazing young lady as well.
  • Scarlett Larsen (Freshman, libero/DS, 414 Elite 15-Blue, Brookfield) — Scarlett has shown us that she is a fantastic passer but she is also driven to be an outstanding libero. We never have any doubts about her court presence. She has incredible confidence in herself and her teammates. She is a quiet person off the court and an amazing player on the court.
  • Melina Lenius (Sophomore, libero/DS, Milwaukee Jrs. 16-Elite) — Melina has a high passing percentage in serve receive and is quick on her feet to make the saving pass or dig to give her team the chance to score. She also has an aggressive serve that allows her to score points even as a Libero/DS.
  • Mikayla McQueeney (Freshman, libero/DS, Madtown 152 Select, Sun Prairie)
  • Deandra Molina (Freshman, right side, Southwest 15-Blue) — Strong hitter with a great IQ. Capable of hitting from any position. Adjusts well and makes smart decisions.
  • Molly Muchka (Sophomore, libero/DS, 608 Jrs. 16-Select) — Molly is a vital member of our 16 select team, as libero. Running, passing 3’s, setting, and acing opponents are just a few of her talents. She dominates the court with her ability to find her way to the ball and will find any possibly way to make it playable. She is an asset to any team needing a strong defensive specialist.
  • Grace Parker (freshman, outside, Eclipse 15-Solar, Waukesha) — Grace is one of the leaders of the team. Her level headed attitude and desire to push herself helps her shine now and in the future.
  • Madelyn Perkins (Freshman, setter, Lakes Jrs. 15-Select, Walworth) — Maddie is capable of playing pretty much any position but is primarily a Setter. Maddie is developing her court skills, speeding up the pace and working with her hitters to give them a quality set. Maddie is also an awesome attacker from anywhere on the court and is looking to elevate her game with Lakes Juniors.
  • Sienna Schroeder (Freshman, setter, Belle City Jrs. 15-Select, Waterford) — Sienna is one of our captains. She is a very versatile player and possesses great leadership qualities. Sienna is always positive, a supportive teammate, and always is filling her role. She is a great setter, as well as attacker, with great court awareness and strategic skills. Very coachable.
  • Tess Spende (Freshman, outside, Eclipse 15-Solar, Watertown) — Tess’ athleticism brings the team to the next level. Her positive attitude brings the team closer together make the game even more fun.
  • Izzie Strohm (Sophomore, outside, I AM 16-White) — Dynamic playmaker, big arm and lots of energy.
  • Ella Sullivan (Sophomore, right side, 414 Elite 15-Blue, Brookfield) — We are lucky to say that we have had Ella on previous teams and her improvements continue to impress us. She is more than a right side hitter. She is also a setter when we need her and as a left handed player it makes her a real threat at the net. She is a quiet person but that doesn’t stop her from being a great teammate and player on and off the court.
  • Lorelai Sutherland (Freshman, libero/DS, Madtown 15-Select) — Lo’s dedication on the court helps her teammates rise to the occasion. She continues to work hard, take leadership and works hard to be the best player and teammate she can be.
  • Dakota Sztuczko (Sophomore, Setter, Madtown 163 Select, Cottage Grove) — Dakota is a hard working setter who can be utilized in any position. Dakota is constantly increasing her setter IQ and is a natural leader. Dakota will step up when needed and is always there for her teammates.
  • Makenna Taylor (Freshman, setter, WI Juniors 15-National, Salem) – Makenna is a smart and hardworking athlete. She plays great defense and brings a lot of positivity to her teammates on and off the court.
  • Peyton Visek (Sophomore, outside, WI Juniors 16-National, Gurnee) — Peyton brings a quick and heavy arm with a good vertical from both pins. She has good court awareness and makes smart decisions to allow her to score when her team needs her.
  • Leah Vossekuil (Sophomore, middle, Eclipse 16-Solar, Mayville) — Leah has a great attitude and is a hard worker at practice. She has a tremendous block and can hit from multiple locations along the net.
  • Stella Woodward (Sophomore, outside, Lakes Jrs. 16-Select) — Stella is a hardworking and competitive player. She is a strong outside and has great court awareness. Stella is a supportive teammate on and off the court.
  • Emily Zarkovich (Sophomore, libero/DS, WI Juniors 16-National, Lake Villa) — Emily communicates well on and off the court. She has an aggressive serve and is a steady passer in serve receive, as she creates early angles and finishes well to target.

16 Regional

  • Emily Banganz (Sophomore, setter, JAG 16-Red National, Montello) — Tall, athletic setter that can keep oppenents on their toes with her ability to dump and spread out the offense. Hard worker and great teammate that does everything well
  • Mya Biedrycki (Freshman, outside, WI Juniors 15-Select, Salem) — Mya is a quick and athletic volleyball player. She finds ways to make gritty plays.
  • Jessica Busateri (Freshman, Libero/DS, Hartford VBC U15-Black, Hartford) — Jessica’s skills and teamwork surpasses her age and grade level. As a Libero, she controls the backrow as a leader in passing, setting at times, and backrow attacks. Although still early in high school, she’s got a great future ahead of her in developing her skills further as she follows in her older sister’s footsteps.
  • Eileen Egan (Freshman, middle, WI Juniors 15-Select) — Eileen is a hard working middle who is constantly improving. She is quick and effective. She communicates well with her setters.
  • Abigail “Abby” Evans (Freshman, outside, 608 Jrs. 15-Select, Stoughton) — Abby is an absolute powerhouse! She knows how to use her physical gifts while not trying to do too much. Her quick derision making at the net saves crucial points for her team.
  • Elena Evenson (Freshman, libero/DS, Madtown 154 Select, Oregon) — Elena is high energy and brings an assertive voice and great hustle to the court. She has a strong platform and is constantly looking to draw connections and improve her game knowledge. She can play any back row position and delivers great second contacts out of system.
  • Lily Gorham (Sophomore, Middle, WI Juniors 16-Select, Gurnee) — Lily works hard to get off the net and be available for her setters in any situation. She continues to focus on bettering her spacing at the net and her communication with eye sequencing. 
  • Rylan Harder (Sophomore, libero/DS, JAG 16-Red National, Montello) — Can play multiple roles at a high capacity for the team. She has tremendous ball control, has a tremendous vertical to hit outside and always works hard in all phases of the game.
  • Brooke Hetland (Freshman, libero/DS, Belle City Jrs. 16-Select, Union Grove) — As a libero, Brooke has quick reflexes and lots of determination on the court. She has great defensive skills, often making hard digs and precise passes that set her teammates up for success. Brooke’s leadership and composure under pressure make her a great asset to the team.
  • Abigail Humphriss (Sophomore, right side, Eclipse 16-Lunar, Germantown) — She has a good attack and good blocking.
  • Kyla McCaffery (Freshman, outside, Madtown 154 Select, Poynette) — Kyla has great ball control and a tough serve. Playing as an outside this club season, she brings steady positivity to the court. What she lacks in height, she more than makes up for with a high IQ and lots of creativity and aggressiveness.
  • Ameriana Myers (Freshman, outside, RISE MKE 15-National) — Ameriana has a ‘can do’ attitude and is always working hard in the gym to get better. She takes feedback so well and is always looking how to get better. She has a very strong arm and a great ability to see the court
  • Sarah Nelson (Sophomore, Setter, WI Juniors 16-Select, Kenosha) — Sarah is a positive person, which makes her a great setter on the court. Her teammates look to her as a leader because she is encouraging. She’s not afraid to keep the team calm by cracking a joke when needed.
  • Ella Racenet (Freshman, right side, Hartford VBC U15-Black, Sussex) — Ella is a very talented young lady that is skilled in all positions. Her power hitting, blocking, serving aces, and passing skills stands out on the stat sheets. She’s a young leader on the court and in practice, and quick to adjusting to anything thrown at her. We are proud to having her as part of our team, and look forward to seeing what more she’s capable of achieving this season.
  • Janelle Seidlitz (Freshman, middle, Rise MKE 15-National) — Janelle is one of the most hardworking middles. She always comes to practices ready to learn and brings great competitiveness to the court. She has a big block and is definitely a middle you’ll want to watch!
  • Maddy Thoren (Freshman, libero/DS, 608 Jrs. 15-Select, Stoughton) — One of the toughest volleyball players out there. She never makes excuses and always thinks she can get the ball. Her level of effort has helped her become the player she is today. Maddy is a kid EVERY coach wants on their team.
  • Olivia Vallier (Freshman, libero/DS, Oak Creek K-Force, Oak Creek) — Olivia is a dynamic athlete, an extremely hard worker and dedicated to continuing to improve her skills. As a libero, she is quick on her feet, never gives up on any ball and is quick to read and react to deliver a pass or dig that gives her setters the best chance for an on-target set. She has made many small adjustments to improve her positioning, her serve-receive and her floor coverage. Above all, she is a great teammate and positive force to rally the best from other players.
  • Marissa Vander Schafer (Sophomore, libero/DS, Eclipse 16-Lunar, Mayville) — She has quick reactions and good skills. Great team player
