Coaches Education

The Badger Region has made coaching education a priority. Badger Region will create and promote opportunities for Badger Region coaches to become certified, re-certify, and stay current with best practices in the sport of volleyball and the field of coaching.

New coaches will become certified by completing IMPACT (Increased Mastery and Professional Application of Coaching Theory).

There are a number of FREE options for coaches including:

• USA Volleyball Coach Academy (bronze tier)
• USA Volleyball Resources for Coaches
• Premium access to the Art of Coaching Volleyball website
• Attend a Badger Region 3C clinic (requested by club director)
• Re-take IMPACT ON-Demand
• Million Coaches Challenge

Other options:

• USA Volleyball Coach Academy (silver & gold tier)
• Attend an Art of Coaching Clinic or participate in a live webinar
• Attend an AVCA convention or participate in a live webinar
• Attend a University/College sponsored coaching clinic (ex: UW-Madison)
• Attend the Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association (WVCA) clinic
• Participate in a Gold Medal Squared clinic, webinar, or online courses
