Team Extreme, a leader in team building workshops, has partnered with the Badger Region for the 2024-25 season.
Team Extreme owner Brian Kenney has been working closely with high school and club volleyball organizations for more than 25 years, helping to mold future leaders through trust, communication strategies and relationship building on and off the court.
For the first year of the partnership, four clubs who are interested in having a team-building workshop will have Kenney’s services paid for by the Badger Region. The workshops will be 1.5 hours and can be catered to the needs of the club.
“We know how important culture is to clubs,” said program director Brian Sharkey. “This partnership will help clubs build positive culture in hopes that it keeps more athletes and coaches involved in the sport for a long time.”
Kenney will travel to a club’s facility for these workshops which are on a first-come, first-serve basis. The relationship is an off-shoot of the sportsmanship partnership Badger Region has with Won80.
